The Farmhouse School is a unique preschool learning environment (located in Gilman Village, Issaquah) where children are immersed in a discovery based, Reggio Emilia influenced curriculum. Our education philosophy is centered on empowering children; encouraging them to develop their social, cognitive, emotional, and physical selves through exploration and play. Our goal at The Farmhouse School is to help each child develop lifelong joy in learning, belief in themselves, self-responsibility, drive to follow their passions, and desire to contribute to their community.
We are firm believers in the theory of loose parts.
